Planning creates focus. As part of your business strategy, define your People strategy and internal team brand. Improve how you deliver on this strategy by discovering your teams’ communication expectations, establishing a communication structure with your team and with individuals, and honing your delegation skills.

Become a brand that everyone wants to work for and no one wants to leave. Develop your employee experience roadmap, identify the moments that matter and integrate this into your People strategy. Create experiences and processes that ensure you can consistently deliver on these hallmark moments.  

Compete for and find the best people for your business. Define your employee value proposition, establish your employee key competencies and develop your candidate experience. Take the stress out of recruitment by building an equitable, efficient and cost-effective strategy that you can follow over and over again.

Us humans are complex! Learn why people behave the way that they do so that you can cultivate trust, avoid their triggers and manage those tough situations and conversations with grace. This module will also encourage you to pull up the hood and discover your own behaviours, triggers and motivations.

Take what you learn about human behaviour and leverage it to build a highly engaged team. Create a plan to deliver on the employee value proposition you defined in module 4. Discover their motivations, how to unlock discretionary effort and develop specific plans on how to engage each person in your team.

Intercept and deal with situations before they get out of control. Get comfortable with uncomfortable conversations by shifting your mindset towards conflict, learning how to uncover the real reason behind under performance and unlocking the power of language. Learn how to best approach the situation if sh*t has really hit the fan.

Nail those tricky conversations by understanding the difference between intention vs perception. Learn how to prepare and deliver a difficult message using our signature framework. Put the conversation back on track and learn recovery techniques that help you manage both yours and other people’s reactions.

Leading is also managing. Equip yourself with some HR basics and get an intro into key employment law, employee relations, industrial relations and salary stuff. We’ll cover best practice, how to approach grievances and dive in to your responsibilities as a manager and employer.

Create the space to step into your role as a visionary and develop your roadmap for business growth by looking at your organisation design. Review your current and ideal future state, develop your succession plan and create a plan to train your people so that you have the right people in the right place at the right time.

I'm glad you asked. First up, this isn't one of those heavy handed theory programs where you're talked at whilst taking notes that collect dust once you've turned the page (or closed the screen). No way.

Each week, we'll work together to solve the specific people problems you're experiencing right now. Small session sizes mean you get quality air-time and meaningful conversation.

Know that I don't do boring. I hate death by powerpoint as much as you do. I've designed this program to be:

• Succinct. Just the right amount of what you need to know.
• Experiential. I believe in the power of creativity and conversation.
• Supportive. I help you integrate what you learn, so that it becomes real for you.

As soon as you join, you’ll gain access to our Leadership Library. Think of it like a Netflix account where you watch tv episodes that are released weekly. To avoid overwhelm, you’ll watch one pre-recorded coaching module each week, in your own time. Each module is broken into bite-sized videos with actionable next steps.

To get more bang for your buck when you're on the weekly live calls, I recommend you bring any questions from the module you completed (and/or any other general questions you may have) and we'll work through them together. This call is held every Wednesday at 11am AEDT and is recorded if you miss it.

From there, it's up to you to implement what we've discussed in to your day to day. Don't think of it as 'extra' work on top of your already full to-do list. This is work that's solving the real life problems you're facing right now, and setting you up for future success. 

I recommend committing 3-4 hours of your time to this experience per week. 1 hour for the group mentoring call, *up to* 1 hour for the coaching modules and at least 1 hour to implement your learnings. If this sounds scary, I encourage you to think about how much this initial time invest will come back to serve you after the program. Don’t think of it as ‘extra’ work. You’re solving the real-life problems keeping you up at night, right now.

If you miss our live calls, replays are available and I will be there to support you every step of the way, checking in and adjusting support to meet you where you’re at. That doesn’t stop just because the 10 weeks does. Whether it’s 10 weeks or 20 weeks, I will help you implement what you need so that you reap the benefits, no matter what life throws at you during the program.

In my experience, you can never really guarantee anything. So, with all the love in the world, no. The results you see, are up to you. That said, am I 200% confident in the quality of this experience and the opportunity it presents you? Heck yes. I will teach you, motivate you, guide you and back the F out of you but it takes time, effort and your own self belief to get the results you're after. There is no doubt in my mind that you’ll create the change you want to see.

You'll have access to the pre-recorded modules and the replays of our weekly live calls for as long as the program is running (this will be years!). You'll have the opportunity to drop in and out as you need once you've completed the program. The resource and template library is available for you to download, use in your business and keep for life...though I do ask you to do me a solid and not share my IP 😉

As a new program, you can expect this to be a fairly small and cozy experience....which is a great thing! You get more 1:1 time with me, more 'air time' to get the answers you need and the opportunity to really cultivate some valuable relationships with other female founders.

I get it. I really, truly do. When I’m working out what to invest in for my business, I like to remind myself of the bigger picture and the cost of NOT gaining the help and support I need right now. And so I ask you this: what’s your hourly rate? How many hours have you already lost because you were struggling through the mud, trying to sort out the mess? By extension, what’s the cost to your mental health? Your family? Your wider business? I’ll leave that one there 😉

That said, you do not need to pay in full. I have a ‘pay as you go’ option that makes it easier to manage cashflow.
